• Time: 9:00-9:40am Performance for Parents/Guardians ​​

• Place: Boone Elementary Cafeteria

• IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFO TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME: 

  • Please plan to arrive 40 minutes prior to the performance to ensure you are checked in on time for the show

  • If possible, please make sure you have scanned your official ID in PRIOR to the day of the performance so check in will be easy for you!

  • Our new computer check in system is for safety, but does take a little time

  • Please bring patience and a kind heart on the day of the show

  • Let our AMAZING office staff know how much we appreciate them as you go through the line

• Can't come at 9am on Friday? Let Mrs. Adamson know via email at hilary.adamson(at)austinisd.org . She may be able to work out a chance to come see a rehearsal the week of the show at 8am or arrange for you to come Friday at 2:15pm during the performance for the student body (we need to know ahead of time to get admin. approval! We also will be videoing the performance to put up on your student's "Google Classroom" accessible through the student portal to watch later!​

Costumes & Attire-

Beatles Actor- Costume Suggestion- Wear a white shirt, jeans and a dark men’s suit jacket with the sleeves rolled up. (We have extra suit jackets in the music room) 

Surfer Actor- Costume Suggestions- Bright colored shorts and tank tops, flip flops, sunglasses & a boogie board if you have one! We will ask families to borrow boogie boards for the kids that need one!

Disco Actor- Costume Suggestions- Crazy hair, sunglasses, sparkly clothes, bell bottoms, big fake gold necklaces

Elvis Actors- Costume suggestion- White tshirt with sleeves rolled up, blue jeans, tennis shoes, black sunglasses and slicked back hair! School will provide plastic blow up guitars as props!

Singers- Costume suggestions- Peace Signs, flowers, colored sunglasses, plastic flowers for their hair etc
